How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed within 3 days, though complex projects may take a bit longer.
How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and I'll quickly add you to your very own Trello Board and Slack for communication. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello and Slack, you're ready to rock.
Is there a limit how many requests I can make?
Nope. With the Design Pro Pass you have unlimited requests. Simply subscribe, add your design requests to the queue, and receive them one at a time.
How does the pause feature work?
I get it—some months you may have fewer design needs. If you only have one or two requests, you can easily pause your subscription by letting me know and save your remaining days for later. Billing works on a 31-day cycle. If you use the service for 21 days and decide to pause, your remaining 10 days stay available for future use—no wasted time, no lost value.
How do I request designs?
The Design Pass gives you complete flexibility in how you submit design requests. Use Trello to add requests directly, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a quick Loom video if you prefer talking over typing. If it can be linked or uploaded to Trello, it works.
What if I don't like the design?
No stress! I'll refine your design until it’s exactly what you need.
