Founded by beer expert Patrick Rue, The Bruery combines innovation and creativity to craft distinctive beers, from refreshing lagers to complex imperial stouts, using advanced brewing techniques. As part of the marketing team, I helped maintain a contemporary visual identity and designed packaging celebrating the brewery's rich traditions.

BRAND EVOLUTION

As one of Orange County's oldest breweries, it was time to modernize the visual direction while honoring Patrick Rue's vision. We led the creative overhaul to introduce a fresh, contemporary look, maintaining the ethos of masterful brewing and pioneering barrel-aging techniques, reinforcing the brewery's status as a global craft leader.

REPPING THE BRAND ON YOUR BACK

Thoughtful merchandise and apparel design is essential for a brewery to maintain loyalty and attract new customers. Well-designed apparel extends the brand, sparking interest and engagement. I created seasonal collections that reflected the brewery's identity, appealing to both loyal fans and newcomers. This apparel builds community and acts as a walking advertisement, encouraging visits to the tasting room. By prioritizing unique, high-quality merchandise, a brewery deepens connections and ensures lasting loyalty.

REDEFINING THE LEGACY

Each year, The Bruery's Black Tuesday pushes beer boundaries. Recent years have introduced small-batch creations, unique barrel treatments, and inventive concepts under its label. Joining the team, I helped design several of these releases. Here’s a look at my contributions.
